We invite you to join Peace in Schools Mindfulness Teacher and Mentor, Hilda Cruz Guiao, for an interactive workshop where we’ll reflect on our experience in the classroom and practice mindfulness in a community of care. We’ll share specific practices that can support you in finding a felt-sense of groundedness and stability in the midst of the chaos. Together, we’ll tap into a sense of okayness that remains undisturbed.
